Australia! Come and immerse yourself in the power of periods with me. I’m bringing the Adore Your Cycle love to my Aussie community this spring and summer and you are invited to join the circle.
The truth is that it can be bloody difficult to live in a body that bleeds once a month(ish).
But have you noticed?
The crimson tide is turning on the way we approach women’s wellbeing and menstrual cycle awareness. Something is shifting in the way we talk about — and feel about — periods.
We’re waking up to the possibility that our hormones aren’t actually a curse. We’re curious about #periodpower and want to learn how to flow with the rhythm of our bodies, rather than being at war with them.
What if your menstrual cycle was the key to unlocking more harmony, ease and vitality in your life?
What if your period had everything to do with your life goals?
What if your inner rhythm was something you could learn to optimise and adore about yourself?
In this intimate live workshop, you will:
— understand why your period is a superpower and how to work it for good.
— learn about the four distinct hormonal phases of your menstrual cycle.
— discover what your PMS might be trying to tell you each month.
— hear how negative self-talk could be connected to your cycle and how to overcome it.
— begin to explore your relationship with your blood and body image.
— uncover your strengths and vulnerabilities in each phase of your cycle.
— create a self-care plan to live more in sync with the natural flow of your body.
— use meditation and movement to embody the day’s teachings on the cycle.
— have the opportunity to ask questions, share your story and connect with others.
— relax, let go, be held, sip tea, eat snacks and have a sweet, replenishing time together.
You’ll also receive a free menstrual and lunar cycle calendar to chart your cycle, plus delicious tea and nourishing treats.
This will be a delightful and powerful in-person opportunity to connect on an important topic that might just transform the way you view your period, your body and yourself.
Community is at the heart of this work. 5% of ticket sales will be donated to Share The Dignity, an organisation collecting menstrual products for women experiencing homeless and poverty.
