You want to be happy (ier)? I’m telling you right now, you don’t need to change a thing. 

Sometimes, when we’ve lost our ZING and we just wanna gosh-darn-nit BE HAPPY, we start to focus on all the number of things in our life that are making us unhappy.



Not enough time.

Late nights at work.


A partner who won’t communicate.

Self doubt.

Health concerns. 

Fear of moving forward.

etc. etc. etc.

And YES, of course we need to draw attention to the areas of our life that aren’t serving us and lifting us up. It is crucial to bring awareness to the components of our lives that are holding us back from peace, happiness and joy.

But it is JUST as important, to draw attention to the areas that ARE working. And we can do that, right NOW.

I made you a quick video to share this idea with you, as a bit of an update to a post I wrote awhile ago about creating your perfect day.

Remember… While it is vital to create change in our lives where needed, if you can find what you desire in the present moment, you’ve truly found happiness.
