In this rich and practical 6-week online course, we're going to use journaling as a gentle and transformative tool to deepen your understanding of your menstrual cycle and cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself — ALL parts of yourself!
Hi, I'm Claire Baker! Since 2013, it has been my honour to consistently witness the transformation that occurs in women when they work with their menstrual cycle, rather than pushing against it.
It wasn’t until I stopped taking the contraceptive pill in my mid-twenties that I realised how much having a menstrual cycle affects women physically, mentally and emotionally. Off the pill, I became four very different women over the course of a month. Instead of criticising myself for being inconsistent, I learned to WELCOME these changes. My #1 method for doing this? Journaling.
Journaling my cycle has helped me (and the hundreds of women who have taken this course) predict how I’ll feel in each phase of my cycle, ahead of time. Want to know which day to expect your inner critic to get nasty, your libido to be sky-high, your productivity enhanced or your intuition crystal clear? This course will give you the framework to do exactly that.
I created FLOW because I believe that journaling is an affordable, gentle and powerful method to practice menstrual cycle awareness. This course will give you the practice that has transformed my energy levels, confidence, relationships, sex life, productivity and self-belief.

Who is this course for?
Those who have a desire to better understand their menstrual cycle. It's for anyone with the willingness to experiment with cycle journaling and who will make the commitment to the course, and to themselves.
?How much time will I need to invest in the course each week?
You'll need approximately 1.5 - 2 hours a week to take the lessons, do your charting and exercises, listen to the meditations, and join (or listen to the recording) of the group calls.
My cycle isn't 28 days long. It's longer / shorter / erratic! Does that matter?
Many women find their cycle doesn't consistently follow a 28-day pattern. Mine certainly doesn't! And that's fine. You will still move through the four phases that we're working with, regardless of how long or short your cycle is. I will be giving guidance on how to work with the prompts if your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days.
How is the course delivered?
Everything is delivered digitally over email, audio & PDF. You'll need an email address and a computer or smartphone to access the content. You'll also need a Facebook account to access the online group, and a printer if you'd like to print the worksheets.
I've never journaled before! Will that matter?
Not a problem. Journaling beginners, long-timers, dabblers, all welcome!
Will? you be teaching fertility awareness in this course?
No. This is not a course designed to teach fertility awareness or provide information on natural conception or contraception. FLOW will guide you to check in with your body on many levels, which is very useful information that can sit alongside fertility charting.
Will you be running this course again?
Maybe! I don't have any future dates currently scheduled.
How is this course different from your courses Creatrix or Radiate?
FLOW teaches you how to journal your cycle and live more in sync with your body by deepen your understanding of who you are in each phase of your cycle. My other courses have a different focus. Creatrix teaches you how to unlock your creative potential by understanding your own cyclic creative superpowers and vulnerabilities and Radiate goes into the science of the cycle, hormonal health, cycle-syncing, and has its core focus on self-care.
Does this course apply to women who don't have a menstrual cycle? eg. pregnant, breastfeeding, post-menopausal, trans women, someone who has had a hysterectomy, or is experiencing amenorrhea?
This course contains guidance, knowledge and specific practices that will benefit anyone who identifies as a woman. I value inclusivity, and am learning more everyday about how I can be more conscious and inclusive of others in this work. The content of the teachings is grounded in menstruality, and in the experience of a 'natural' menstrual cycle, ie. ovulating and menstruating. An experience of a menstrual cycle (present or past) will help with integration of the work. If you are no longer cycling, or will not experience a natural cycle again, the content can still apply, as the archetypal creative process is still the same. You can also use the lunar cycle as a substitute and I do give guidance on this.
?Do I need to have read your eBook Adore Your Cycle before taking FLOW?
While not compulsory, it will definitely help! I'd consider it a companion for this course. You can find that eBook here.
