There’s nothing like making the decision to practice the art of self-care or explore your creativity to bring up all of your STUFF. And by stuff I mean insecurities, self doubt, fear and resistance. Social media shines with crafted, glossy exteriors and it’s easy to feel as if our delightful-but-messy life, isn’t up to scratch. […]

I’ve been learning about and exploring the lunar calendar and yin/yang phases recently (more about this soon!) and today, we’re currently in a yin phase. This energy is receptive, inward, reflective, relaxing and feminine. On the flip-side, yang energy is energetic, expanding, active and action-oriented.
And let me tell you, I’ve never felt this distinction between yin/yang energy more than in the last few days.
Which brings me to explain why I haven’t written today’s post for you.
Well, this is exciting! After a stellar two month break from blogging, I’m seriously excited to be back online. And what better way to kick the year off on a HIGH note, than with a Gratitude Files segment, video style.
Hold the phone peeps, I have some exciting news! I never thought I’d say these words, but here I am: I’m a COVER GIRL!
The very first issue of Raspberry Magazine (a digital mag devoted to serving lady bloggers, entrepreneurs, digital nomads – and those aspiring to be!) has been released and yours truly is gracing the cover.
What an absolute honour it is (still in shock really!) to see my mug on the cover of such a unique, beautiful magazine. I’m a big sucker for mags and let me tell you, this one is SO fabulous.
I was lucky enough to attend the annual ProBlogger conference on the Gold Coast last weekend and it was such a hoot. Hanging out with this babe, this babe, this babe and this babe was ultra-phenomenal and I learnt lots of rad stuff about blogging, online biz, creating podcasts and communicating your big, beautiful message to the world. And making money while you’re at it.
The biggest takeaway from the weekend for me was to EXPERIMENT and more PLAY.
Sometimes, because this blog is integral to my work as a coach, I feel like the content isn’t as fun or as personal (in a sorta silly way) as maybe I’d like. So I thought today I could share with you a few things you might not know about me that are purely playful, a wee bit silly and a bit of a laugh.
